The Long Hair of Death: Lisabeth

The servant Grumalda confides to little Lisabeth that she has collected her mother's ashes and points her to the grave on which she can mourn her. The scene takes place entirely within the gardens of the Castello Massimo of Arsoli, which is framed in all its splendor. The castle is beautifully preserved, even inside, and has hosted numerous sets.

Plot:
It is the late 15th century, the witch hunt is on, and a woman is condemned to death because she is considered the murderer of the reigning duke. At the stake, amid excruciating suffering, she casts her curse on those who condemned her to death and on those in attendance who are excited about the execution.
