A Cat in the Brain: On the set

Much of the early part of the film is shot entirely in the obvious location of Cinecittà, Rome, a complex of film studios, the largest in Italy and in all of Europe. There Dr. Fulci (Lucio Fulci) arrives late on the set.

Plot:
Director Lucio Fulci has a maniacal passion for horror films. By dint of shooting monstrous episodes and images, however, he ends up losing his mind and confusing fantasy with reality. He then decides to consult a psychiatrist.
