That Splendid November: The Mass

The church in which the relatives of Nino (Turco) meet at Mass, after having moved to the family villa for a short vacation, is in the cemetery of Nicolosi which, however,  is located in the territory of Mascalucia, Catania, in Via Antonello da Messina.

Plot:
The young Nino, 17, feels abandoned and misunderstood. Only Cettina, his mother’s sister, manages to make him happy, to the point that the boy falls in love with her. The relationship between the two becomes more and more intimate, but it is a dangerous relationship.
