Plot:
Alessandro Colonna, a hospital pediatrician, has been living with his teenage son Giacomo since his wife Maria died prematurely. Friends and in-laws urge him: at almost 40 years old, he should regain his momentum and find new love. A phone call comes suddenly from Brazil: Gigi, his best friend, is ill and asks for him. Alessandro, a widower on the verge of depression, suddenly finds himself on the charming island of Natal. At the finish line of a life at 100 mph, his friend asks him for help. His father has left him a tied inheritance because it is intended for a grandson. But he has no children. Solution: fake with Alexander's help his departure and invent in James an heir. With his (faked) death, he can intestate the money to a natural son when he turns eighteen. Alexander is dumbfounded: pretend that Maria conceived their child with the bachelor Gigi? Three million euros is at stake.
