Plot:
After killing a carabiniere during a robbery in Bari, young Antonio Blasi escapes in the car of a mobster, brother of "boss" Dante Ragusa. While Commissioner Jacovella, having tracked down his two accomplices, investigates to flush out Antonio as well, Ragusa's men also throw themselves into his search. On the car stolen from Nino, in fact, was a document such as to ruin the "boss" . Having escaped an ambush by his goons, and having found refuge, with his fiancée, in a fishing boat, Antonio gets in touch, determined to turn himself in, with a journalist who has long fought against Jacovella's methods, accused of shooting too easily. The young man's decision, however, will still not save his life, even though he will be killed by a hitman from Ragusa. However, thanks to the document in his possession, Jacovella will finally be able to tighten the handcuffs on the "boss's" wrists.
