La bella di Lodi: The honeymoon
The panoramic terrace where Roberta and Franco have a drink during their honeymoon is in Venice, on top of Cà Giustinian, a renowned palace in Venice. The most representative building of the late Venetian Gothic style, located in the sestiere of San Marco and overlooking the Grand Canal. Here the Biennale takes place.
Additionally, the rooftop terrace, is used to welcome guests at the openings of art and architecture exhibitions and dance, music, theater, and film festivals, spans two floors and offers the eye an exciting spectacle.

From the famous novel written by Alberto Arbasino, Roberta, a beautiful young landowner from Lombardy, and Franco, an unscrupulous and opportunistic mechanic. The two meet on the beach in Forte dei Marmi and are immediately attracted to each other. The story unfolds through encounters and escapes of the two protagonists, who aboard Roberta's "Alfetta" wander on the highway of the sun, in motels, luxury hotels, in an economic miracle landscape. The film was presented at the 65th. Venice Film Festival (2008) in the retrospective "THESE GHOSTS: ITALIAN CINEMA REDISCOVERED (1946-1975).
