The private nursing home where Tersilli (Sordi) works is the Pio XI nursing home, in via Aurelia 559 in Rome. The turret seen in the opening credits, very different in structure, is the result of a special masking, because at the time the building was the same as it is today. As can be read on the nursing home's website, the building began operating in the healthcare sector in 1969, evidently after filming had just finished.

PLOT
A hilarious comedy starring the great Alberto Sordi. Dr Guido Tersilli runs the clinic owned by his father-in-law with the sole aim of getting rich. The rules are clear: unnecessarily long stays for his wealthy clients, opposite treatment for the indigent, so much so that even his collaborators abandon him. Left alone, he looks for a solution to get back to work.
