They join a group already there and doggedly devote themselves to winning female hearts. Nicola falls in love, thanks to the coincidence of an identical surname, with a French girl. Lello, in order to woo a beautiful German girl, hooks up with a local youth, Vania, who gives him German lessons. Nanni, to attain Franca's inaccessible island beauty, pretends to be an escapee from the Procida penitentiary. Nicola's engagement to his Franca and Lello's engagement to the beautiful German teacher crown the short vacation. Nanni, on the other hand, will be abandoned by Franca when she discovers the cheating.
