PLOT:

Stefano Garbelli, a Roman clerk, is approached by the prostitute Daniela, who points him out as her protector to defend herself against pimps. Daniela pretends to be a nurse, arousing Stefano's interest. Unknowingly, Stefano becomes her protector in the eyes of his rivals and the police, who summons him to the police station together with the attackers.
