The Roof: Wedding day

The place where Natale (Giorgio Listuzzi) and Luisa (Gabriella Pallotta) get married is in the complex of Sant'Agnese outside the walls in Via Nomentana 349 in Rome, already seen in Teresa on Friday. We don't know if the ceremony takes place in the Basilica or in the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza because we see them while from the cloister

PLOT:
In 1950, it was not possible under provincial law to evict the tenants of a building after the roof had been built. This play follows the attempts of a family to erect a roof overnight so that a married couple can have a house of their own.
